Discerning Between QM Interpretations?
Hello rjbeery,

That experiment won't work. Possibly, if you have information about the torque of the photon it will destroy the interference and it will no longer violate Bell's inequality. Or, it won't work because you can't measure the torque and also the position at the same time - they don't commute. In fact I think both of those statements are true.

No doubt you've run into physicists who, like me, tell you it won't work but can't clearly explain why not. Unfortunately I'm no better than them. Nevertheless, I'm rather confident - it won't work :-)
